Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers
Consumers have the option to turn to dispute resolution bodies established for this purpose to settle disputes.
Among other options, consumers can contact the “Schlichtung für Verbrauchergeschäfte” (Conciliation for Consumer Transactions), Mariahilfer Straße 103, Staircase 1, Top 18, 1060 Vienna, www.verbraucherschlichtung.at, or the Internet Ombudsman, Ungargasse 64-66/3/404, 1030 Vienna, www.ombudsstelle.at, in case of disputes.
We are not obligated and generally not willing to engage these entities for dispute resolution or to submit to them. However, we decide on participation in a dispute resolution procedure on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, complaints can of course also be submitted directly to us via post, e-mail or telephone.
