Finance Law | Austria is an independent, privately financed, non-profit medium owned by Editor-in-Chief Dr. Mariella Stubhann MPM MBA and Attorney Mag. Peter Harlander.
Our journalists work on a voluntary basis and earn their living in their respective primary occupations. These, however, only have a positive influence in the form of special expertise, but no negative influence in the form of biased representation. We ensure this.

Dr. Mariella Stubhann MPM MBA is the Editor-in-Chief of Finance Law | Austria.
Dr. Mariella Stubhann has been dealing with economics and law since 1995. She has completed three degrees and has more than two decades of professional experience as a trainee lawyer, mediator, and senior executive in Austrian social insurance.

Attorney Mag. Peter Harlander
Attorney Mag. Peter Harlander is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Finance Law | Austria.
Attorney Mag. Peter Harlander has been continuously involved with Austrian law since 1992. He is the main shareholder and managing director of Harlander Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, which under his leadership obtained dual admission in Austria and Germany and now has six branches in Austria and two branches in Germany.
